Codelumio provides digital educational content, training materials, downloadable resources, templates, tools, and software-related learning materials through our course platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, enrolling in a course, booking a service, purchasing a digital product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Payments & Fees

Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because our products and services are digital in nature and access is granted immediately after purchase, all payments are non‑refundable.

Access may include recorded lessons, downloadable resources, templates, and platform features such as progress tracking. Access is granted to the purchasing account and must not be shared.
Instant access
Where applicable, access is provided instantly after successful payment and verification. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used to register and pay.
Recordings and resources
Recordings and downloadable resources are provided for learning and personal use. Copying, reselling, re‑uploading, sharing, or distributing any part of the course content is strictly prohibited.
Affiliate Program Terms
Eligibility and compliance
If you join our affiliate program, you agree to promote Codelumio honestly and comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising guidelines. Misleading claims, spam, or impersonation are prohibited.
Commissions and payouts
Commission rates, eligibility windows, and payout timelines may change over time and may be subject to verification. We may withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent, duplicate, or disputed transactions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate affiliate access at any time for policy violations, suspicious activity, or non-compliance. Affiliate termination does not create a right to refunds for purchasers.
Intellectual Property
All website content, course videos, lesson notes, prompts, templates, designs, branding, and training materials provided by Codelumio are owned by Codelumio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use purchased content for your personal learning and internal business use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing logins, downloading and re‑uploading content, reselling, or distributing any course or digital product.
- Attempting to bypass paywalls, access controls, or platform security measures.
- Uploading malware, scraping data, abusing forms, or performing automated actions that harm the platform.
- Using our brand assets in a misleading way or impersonating Codelumio.
Third-Party Services
We may use third‑party providers to deliver parts of the service, including payment processing (Razorpay), video hosting/streaming, analytics, and authentication providers. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by third‑party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available.
Service Availability
We aim for reliable access, but services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or external dependencies. We may suspend access temporarily for security reasons, performance improvements, or to comply with applicable law.
Changes to Services
We may modify, add, or remove features, content, and services to improve quality or maintain compliance. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or attempted unauthorized use of the platform. Termination may result in loss of access to content and services. Payment obligations remain unaffected.
Privacy

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codelumio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at our principal place of business in India.
